Hello, my name is Jessica DeShayes, LMT and welcome to Alki Massage. We are located at 5963 SW Carroll St. Seattle, WA. 98116. We are located off Beach Drive, next to/ behind LaRustica. Street parking is available on Beach Drive, Carroll St. and 59th Street.
I do not accept insurance as payment, but can provide a Superbill for direct reimbursement from your insurer.
All Covid Protocols are observed, and masks are required at all times inside the clinic. I am only accepting fully vaccinated clients. Please have your vaccination dates on hand when filling out your intake form.
A valid credit card is required for all bookings, you will not be charged except for cancellations within 24 hours and "no-shows". You are NOT required to pay via credit card. Payments are accepted by Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Square and local checks.
Please fill out and update your intake forms before arriving for your appointment. If you did not receive an email with an intake form or a booking confirmation, please contact me at #206-679-2512 (text or Vmail, however, text is the fastest way) to request one and for more information.
I do not accept insurance as payment; however, I can provide you with a receipt so your insurance company can reimburse you directly.
I kindly request 24 hours for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full price of the treatment, with emergencies as an exception.
IF YOU FEEL SICK, OR HAVE ANY COLD, COVID OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS AT ALL, PLEASE DO NOT COME IN. PLEASE RE-SCHEDULE YOUR TREATMENT WHEN YOU ARE WELL.
